Why do I have to open a customer account?
There are legal reasons for this, as there is no sale to end users.
You also have the following advantages:  - Faster ordering process (you only enter your data once)
                                                                  - Overview of your orders in the customer portal
                                                                  - You can manage several delivery addresses
                                                                  - You can write down items on the memo (and access them again later)
                                                                  - Newsletter settings can be changed easily


Are the spare parts offered compatible and a perfect fit?
Yes, the parts fit perfectly. The parts are carefully manufactured by qualified personnel and under constant quality controls. With these parts, we want to offer you as a customer an alternative to the often much more expensive original spare parts, we know how hard you as a winemaker, wine-growing company and contractor have to work for your money. If they are designed, all parts are tested as a pilot series on the respective machine types before they go into series production.

We want satisfied customers who will buy from us again - that's why we pay close attention to the quality of the parts on offer. As a seller, we of course also want to avoid complaints, as this would not be satisfactory for both sides (customer and seller).

How long are the delivery times?
Most of the most common parts are in stock and can be called up and shipped at short notice. Delivery times are displayed for the respective articles in the article description. For special parts (e.g. cup band housing parts, pre-assembled cup chains, currant attachments), a longer delivery time (see item description) must be expected, as these parts are manufactured according to customer orders (there are numerous variants due to the large number of types, in order to keep everything in reserve, the storage costs would rise sharply, which would be reflected in the respective price calculations with price increases). However, since we want to offer you parts at good and fair prices, we are currently not keeping the named parts in stock. However, this may change in the future if, for example, demand for these parts picks up and this justifies storage.


How does the shipment look like during the reading time / harvest time?
We are currently working on offering you special shipping options during harvest time (night shipping, same-day shipping and in special cases by courier). Because we want to support you not only outside of the wine-reading time, but also during it. We also know what it means as a winemaker or a contractor if the "key machine" grape harvester does not work - it is important to be able to react flexibly and quickly.
Since we have customers who also harvest berries with their machines, we would like to offer this service from the gooseberry and currant harvest.
